There is no wrong way to meditate!Yup! That's right! I won't waste your time with explaining too much behind what meditation is or why their is no wrong way to meditate! Bc frankly, I feel it will take the mind away from the simplicity of it all and it could crowd your brain with "irrelevant" info that may push you in the opposite direction! When in reality meditation is all about being SIMPLE!!! 1) FIVE MINUTES DAILY!
That is all you need! ONLY FIVE Minutes out the day and it literally does NOT matter what time of the day. What ever molds BEST for YOU. 2) Find a quiet place and...YOU! Yes, YOU! Put away that EMF harming cell phone or anything else distracting for only FIVE Minutes! 3) Close your eyes; focus your attention towards the area between your eyes while breathing through your nose and out your mouth. note: it is absolutely normal for your thoughts to jump around like crazy!!! i.e. "am I doing this right?, I'm hungry, I forgot to do this or that!, this is dumb, wtf, etc..." when this happends, just go back to focusing between your eyes and your breaths even if your thoughts are racing most of the 5 min. After the first couple times of meditating, this will subside. TRUST! You must remember the brain has remarkable plasticity, which means the more you do this, the more your mind will be rewired to a GrOoViFied state of awarenesses. Hope this helps! Just remember it's all about keeping it -simple; And...A knowing... - to love others, it starts with LOVING YOU first! Much <3 Nichole Oliver @ #SoulFunds
